Here are some new stamps we have just in time for Christmas from Sugar Nellie. I used the Cosmo Cricket christmas journaling cards. There are six different cards per 12 x 12 cardstock. I thought this postcard background worked great with "Santa's letter" stamp from Sugar Nellie. I colored the image with the more vintage colored Copics to match the paper. Here I used two different stamps to create an anniversary card. I just love this Cosmo Cricket paper and wanted to use it with my card, so I colored the kids in colors that would compliment the paper. Using the framed flourish cuttlebug folder, I embossed the corner and sanded it to bring out the swirls better. I made the stamen in the center of the flower with the starburst punch from

The Mojo Monday sketch has inspired me again! This little Stamp Shoppe Creations Penguin was sitting on my desk, colored and ready to be used on a card. When I saw the sketch, I thought the circles needed some snowflakes to back set the image. Then with all the snowflakes in the air, the "there's no days like snow days" sentiment worked well this card. I just love these spellbinder

I used Stamp Shoppe Creations' Small Mr. Frost for my focal point for the Saturday Sketch 80. I colored the image with Copic Markers and distessed the edges of the panel with Tim Holtz Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Just loved the Mojo Monday 115 challenge. It was fun to use my new snowflake nesties as and accent on my Nestabilitie Ribbon Slide tag. Check out this cute sample that was done by Lisa Noland, a customer of The Stamp Shoppe. See more of her work on her blog. The snowflakes were glittered with ultra fine glitter. The Penguin was colored with Copic markers. I just love the way she poped the penguin with the cool blue Copics around the image. The snowballs are 3D with the snow marker. Very cute card Lisa!!

It's raining here today....but if it were a bit colder we'd be seeing the white stuff! I just love large Mr. Frost....he's adorably cute and perfect to send Snowy Greetings to someone you know! A friend of ours is 82 today, and so I made this card for her. Making the waiter wear pink, makes it a little more feminine. With the sentiment it's a little humorous, without being too far out. The stamp comes with the cake, but no candle. I stamped a small candle on it from Amuse. Using one of my new sizzlits border dies, I added some vines for the flowers. We hope ze has a wonderful day!

Meet Marvin. He is a mischievous little guy. I used one the the label nestabilities to cut him out and layered it over an oval nestie. Here is Santa from the Christmas collection. I used the new Snow Marker from Marvy on the fuzzy parts of Santa's suit. When you add glitter to the wet Snow before you heat it, the glitter becomes part of the snow. I colored the image with Copics and added highlights with the white gel pen. Here's another adorable Sarah Kay stamp. This works great for baby cards. The image was colored with Copic Markers to match the background paper. Tiny Girl Sentiment was stamped on a Sizzix paper clip. I felt that there was too much open space, so I used small rub-on letters and added the word sweet. You shouldn't have! These are the sentiments that come with this Stamping Bella stamp. I love these images. Not much coloring with these and they are done and oh so lovely!! I used the nestabilities to make a scallop frame and accented it with Prima flower. I don't know if you can see from this picture, but the flowers on the paper are embossed. Enjoy!
