New Instructor!!

Dawn Stein will be teaching classes at The Stamp Shoppe. She is an Amuse Instructor. Here are two samples of the Winter Fun Cards she will be doing on Friday, November 21 at 10:30. There will be a total of 5 very cute cards all with Amuse stamps, papers and accessories. You can sign up today! Then look for the Amuse calendar classes in December. We are excited to have fresh, fun ideas to share with you from Amuse.

Tile card

Using your Scor-Pal, you can make a diamond background. When you stamp on the "debosses" side with a solid stamp, the image appears as tiles. Be sure that you don't press too hard on the stamp or the image will get in the cracks. The cuttlebug background was done after the dark green strip of paper was glued to the light green piece. You'll have to give it a try!!

Make-N-Take Marathon

Friday, November 7, we are having a Make-N-Take Marathon at The Stamp Shoppe!! We will be doing holiday cards featuring Memory Box. There will be 5 cards for $5. These stamps and papers make beautiful, but fast christmas cards. Come join the fun from 5 pm - 9 pm.

Wrapped in Ribbon Class

We're now taking sign ups for our Wrapped in Ribbon class! This class features three different ribbon techniques recently seen in Pat Huntoon's Technique Junkies Newsletter. Instructed by Jane Bosi, the class will be held on Thursday, October 30th at 6:00pm. Please stop in today to reserve your spot!

Hambo Stamps

Wow! Time sure got away from me. Here's what's new with us. We now carry Hambo stamps. These cute stamps have a lot of "play on word" sayings that go great with the images. Come in and see some more samples!

"Talk like a Pirate" Day

Aarrrgh! Today is talk like a Pirate day, sooo Ahoy Mateys! We have a Pirate make'n'take for you at the Stamp Shoppe...Today only! This theme isn't only good for a special pirate day, but also for boy's birthday cards. So come in today! Yo! Ho! Ho!

Sympathy

Making sympathy cards can be hard. You want it to express sympathy without it being too much. Sympathy cards are more on the simple side. Using strips of decorator paper and some gemstones add just a little extra. These flower stamps from Penny Black are perfect for keeping the cards simple. Add a sentiment and you have the perfect card!!
