Dreamweaver Stencils with Stickles Dry Glitter

The Dream Team has a big day today!  Not only are we into week four of our Pinterest Inspired challenge, we are also playing with Ranger's Stickles Dry Glitter in the mix!  We've had so much fun playing with jars of sparkly goodness, that we want to share the fun with two lucky crafters!

Here is my project using these silky glitters...

I was inspired by this color painting from Pinterest.  I used the deckle stencils for the background.  First of all, I cut a piece of black cardstock about 1/2" larger than the deckle stencil.  Then I cut the double sided sticky paper to fit.  Then I put the sticky sheet onto the black cardstock.  I then removed the liner from the second side of the sticky sheet.  I used the 100% coconut oil soap on the back of the stencil.  Then I layed the stencil onto the sticky paper with the soap side down.  I used the Goldenrod Dry Stickles on the edges of the sheet.  I rubbed the glitter into the adhesive and removed the excess glitter.  Then I removed the stencil and poured the Magenta Dry Stickles over the center. I again rubbed the glitter into the adhesive and removed the excess.  That is my background piece complete.  Then for the flowers, I used the new LL 3031 Shasta Flower Trio Stencil on white cardstock.  I pasted it with the glossy black paste.  Then while the paste is wet, I poured the Magenta Stickles onto the flowers and let the excess glitter flow away from the stems and leaves.  Then I poured the Green Stickles over the stems and leaves.  Then I allowed 45 minutes for the paste to dry.  I like to used the black paper and black paste behind the glitter to give it a more rich look.  I also used the Black Pearl Pen to add pearls to the card and to the center of the flower.  To the pearl dots, I add Magenta stickles over the wet pearls before they dried.  Now I have sparkly pearls!!
