This weeks make-n-take is a Money holder card for the Graduate. Using the Scor-pal you can make this quickly. Cut a piece of cardstock 6 1/4 X 9. Place the card on the Scor-pal and score at 3 1/2" and 7". Fold it and you have a money card. I use a curved template to make one corner of the money pocket rounded. Use thin tape along the right edge of the pocket to close one end. Now you can decorate the front however you want!! I use the *New* Memento pads for my background and graduation hat. I love these dye pads. The color is so vivid and works great on solid images! Have fun making this card or come in a make one at the store. We'd love to see you!

Cuttlebug class
We are playing with the cuttlebug this week. There are four cards that we do in the class. We brayer the templates, cut out embossed images and sand them. There is so much you can do with these embossing folders and they make a perfect background. If you are interested in the class, just send an email or give us a call. If you can't make it this week, keep checking our calendar to see when it is offered again.

Dreamweaver Stencil class
Time has gotten away from me. We have had two very busy days with classes at the store. Here is what we have been doing in the Dreamweaver stencil class. We use the hydrangea stencil on three cards. We do three different techniques. Two samples are above. The one uses the new pearlescent paste with a little crystal glitter. The other card uses the Memories sprays on the stencil. The third card, not shown, uses a glitter technique. Look on the web site for future Dreamweaver classes on our calendar and sign up soon. These are fun and easy!

Happy Mother's Day!
Hope you all have a Happy Mother's Day! Here is the card I am giving to my mom. You get a preview. I tried the new Memento ink for the flowers on the background. I loved the colors of the ink. We now carry them at the store in many different colors. The faux stitching is with the new white Inkssential pen. It works GREAT!! The white is so opaque and bold.

A teeny, tiny wish...
Here is an Elzybells stamp from Amuse. Isn't she cute with the teeny prima flowers. We are using the new ribbon from Amuse too. For the circles we use Nestabilities. If you are interested in different ways to use the Nestabilities, we are offering classes on them. In fact, there is a class tonight. If you missed it, don't worry...We will have another one. Look for future post to see some samples of other cards that we will be making in the class!

I "Spaced" it!
Here was a fun card that we did at a stamp show. This uses stamps from the Lizzie Anne designs set...Outer space. These are great for boy cards. The "glitz" you see is from the Copic Spica pens. They give the added spacy feel to the card.

No Winter Lasts Forever....
Here is a sample of Stamping Bella. Stamping Bellas were popular at the Sayner show on Saturday. We almost sold out. There is another order on it's way from Stamping Bella and they will be here by mid May. Come in and check out new bellas and fellas. The saying stamp was from Lizzie Anne Designs. This set has many neat sayings. I like these unmounted rubber stamps. They stamp like real rubber, but take up a fraction of the space. These stamps are easy to store or to take with you for a stamping night out!
