Have an 'Icy" Day!

Here's another "cool" stamp from Inky Antics. This penguin is so cute with the greetings from Wisconsin. The ovals were cut out with Nestabilities. The penguin was colored with...you guessed it! Copic Markers. The background was done with the bouncing brayer technique. It gives an icy water look which is perfect for this card. Check out our classes in January!
