Dreamweaver & Art Institute Glitter Collaboration

Ready to be sparkly?  This month is our annual collaboration between Dreamweaver Stencils and Art Glitter, and we promise double the glitter and double the fun!  Follow the trail of bling all of this month on the Art Glitter blog, and the Dream It Up! blog.  Play along with the monthly challenge of "Awesome in Autumn" and link your creations to the linkytool on the Dream It Up! Thursday posts for a chance to win some stupendous stencils and glamorous glitter!  As if that wasn't cool enough, Art Glitter is offering a 20% discount this month if you use the code DW20! But that's not all...Any order you place with Dreamweaver Stencils for the entire month of September, you will get 20% off any item in their store, if you used the code SWS20!

Here's what I've created for today's post:
For my card, I first pasted the pumpkins with gold embossing paste and while it was still wet, I sprinkled on the glitters. The Art Institute glitters that I used for this card was Pumpkin and Celery.  I then used removable tape around the edges of the pumpkins and sponged around the edges with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink.  Remove the tape and you will have a matted piece.  I tied a little bit of Jute from May Arts and added a few Candi to embellish the card.

Check out this week's awesomeness which includes our super sparkly guest designer and previous Dream Team member...

A super card Heidi! I love the Autumn countryside feel that got when I first saw it! And so easy to do if you need to make several.

Very pretty. The way that you inked those edges and matted the picture, it almost looks like a shadow box frame!
