A Spring Amaryllis

Normally Amaryllises are a Christmas flower, but today I decided to make it a flower for spring.  I had this decorator paper from Basic Grey that had some pink flowers similar to the Prickley Pear Amaryllis.  I stamped the flowers onto white card stock and colored them with Copic Markers to match the paper.  Then I used the oval lace die from Cheery Lynn to cut out a pink frame.  I used the small flourish die to cut out the green vines to accent the card with some green and then finished the card with the Many Thanks sentiment from Prickley Pear.  There's more to see on the PPRS blog, so check it out!

Stunning Heidi. I think you've made the amaryllis look just like a rhododendron, which is perfect for spring!
