It's RAINING here tonight....so to celebrate I thought we needed another summery swimming card!! This one showcases TWO more of the Inky Antics stamps. Colored with the Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol. I used adhesive gems to frame my sentiment....giving it a glitzy *sunny* sort of look. Doodling and faux stitching add some extra eye candy.
