This little cutie is by Whipper Snapper, and is colored with Copic Markers and cut out. I popped him up on foam tape, and he is *standing* on the Birthday block. The shadow is sorta funky in this picture....but he looks like he's balancing on it in real life. The birthday background is done with the Cuttlebug Embossing Folder. I inked the background with a white ink pad to make it *pop* out. The card is finished with Prima flowers, adhesive gems, ribbon and a glitter dot.
