Dreamweaver...Pinterest Inspired!

When I saw this card pinned on Pinterest, I just knew what I wanted to do with my Dreamweaver Hot Air Balloon Stencils.  I didn't have the different size balloons, but that was okay.  I pasted the Hot Air Balloon with white matte paste on Acetate.  When the paste was dry, I placed the stencil over the balloon can stenciled some pigment ink over the paste.  Then I cut out the balloon and added some pearls.  Once the pearls were dry, I popped up the balloon over the prepared card.  I made sure that the dimensional tape was only behind the pasted elements.  The clouds were sponged with Stormy Sky Distress Ink with the Picasso stencil as my pattern.  Be sure to see some other fun, new ideas from the Design Team...
