Gateway to Seasons Collection

We are pleased to introduce the Gateway to the Seasons Collection.  The Ornate Gate Die is adorned with a flourishing design and a large exotic piece.  Lace, gazebos, birdhouses, gardens, backyards, a fall scene, a winter home, and sentiment stamps will add joy to your cards and a smile to your face.  These scenes and sentiments will complete your stamp collection.  The Daphne Paper Pack is loaded with lacy Victorian patterns in soft pink, cream and greens accented with red, green and brown.  Classic Heartfelt Creations images combined with strips, diamonds and vintage type, tags and journaling blocks create a collection you will treasure forever!  Leave a comment on the Heartfelt Creation blog by June 18th and you will be eligible to win the entire release valued at $150.00!

For my card today, I used the garden path stamp that is included in the Spring Season Stamp Set.  I colored the image with Copic Markers.  I cut out the image with the Label 1 die from Spellbinders.  While I left the die over the image, I sponged with some Stormy Sky and Victorian Velvet Distress Inks.  I removed the die and matted it onto the Decorative Labels 1 die.  I used the decorative paper as my background, but added some faux stitching around the edges.  Then I faux stitched the edge of the sentiment label to make it look like it was sewn to the card.  Of course, I finished the card with some pearls!!  Visit the HC blog to see more projects using this beautiful collection!
