ScorPal Cross Promotional Hop

Today we are doing a cross promotion with Scor Pal.  Please visit the Heartfelt Creations blog and the ScorPal blog.  Prepare to be blown away with all the amazing projects featuring the ScorPal and Heartfelt Creations products.  I am showing how I used the ScorBuddy and the ScorBug.  In the first card.  I flipped the card over and made two score lines on the corners of the card.  Then I lightly sanded the score lines to make them pop.  Sometimes I like to add these score lines to fill in empty space and to complete the card.

In the bottom card, I stamped and embossed the lacy borders on the sides of the cream cardstock.  Then I flipped the paper over to score lines to separate the center piece from the borders.  Then I flipped the card back to the front and lined up the score lines with the line that is next to 1/8" distance.  I then roll the Scor Bug in the 1/8" grove to add piercing to the card.  These line always add a special touch to the cards.

Sometimes I will also use a fine line black marker to connect the piercing holes to create a faux stitch line.  This looks like real stitching without the effort of pulling out a sewing machine.  If you miss a hole and start again, it just looks like you needed to re-thread!!

Both of the samples that I used today, are stamped with the Heartfelt Creations Gates of the Seasons Collection.  The images are colored with Copic Markers. These beautiful stamps are fun to color and make gorgeous cards!  Don't miss out on lots of inspiration...check out these blogs today!
